The YourStore Empower package includes access to the Retailer User Interface and you’ll get automatic updates to the Interface as these become available, so you’ll benefit as new features and functionality are added to the solution.
Connection to one of our standard payment engine options is included (contact YourStore to discuss connection to other payment engines) along with SSL security.
The number of products and pages you have on your Website is unlimited but there is a limit to the size of your eCommerce database of 1GB and a ceiling on the number of transactions per month of 1,000. If you exceed these thresholds you will move onto our YourStore Empower Plus contract.
You get access to technical support by telephone and email.
In addition, the package includes 2 hours of training and business support via WebEx every year. You can use these WebEx support sessions for anything you like from learning how to use the more advanced features of the YourStore Retailer User Interface™ to tuning product descriptions to get higher in Google Shopping rankings or brainstorming ideas to drive more customers to your Website. |
In addition to the services provided under YourStore Empower, the Plus package includes unlimited database storage and unlimited transactions per month to suit the needs of the growing online retailer.
With YourStore Empower Plus we will take on the administrative burden of applying for and maintaining your SSL Certification – an important item to get in place for your eCommerce Website to give customers confidence when they shop with you. To give customers that extra degree of confidence, we offer Extended Validation SSL as an optional extra.
With Empower Plus we also provide 4 bulk merchandise imports per annum from a spreadsheet completed by you; to make it easy for you to carry out seasonal updates to entire product lines.
